Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds for almost all of our products in The Celtic Store. Any items being returned must be in their original condition, sellable with any original tags still attached (providing the item is not faulty). Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to receive a full refund. We can accept some returns outwith the 14 day period if you contact our Customer Service Team before sending it back.

When sending a return to us, make sure to include your completed Returns Slip with the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have the Returns Slip, please include a note stating your order number, email address and the reason for return. When your return has been received at our Warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed by our Returns Team. We will send you confirmation of the return/refund by email as soon as it is processed.

PLEASE NOTE : any refunds required for purchases made in-store must be returned to a store and cannot be fulfilled via the Online Store.

PLEASE NOTE : All returns are at the expense of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged / Faulty Items

If an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with your return. We can cover the returns postage cost for damaged/faulty items however limits will apply - £7.85 maximum for UK and we will need a quote for International costs prior to arranging.



We do not offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted items for a refund and then purchase the replacement item required.


Returning In Store

We will accept return orders being dropped off in all our stores, with the exclusion of Belfast. If you return an order to store, this will then be delivered back to The Celtic Store Returns team and processed from there. No refunds will be given in store. If a refund is to be processed, it will be done so by The Celtic Store Returns Team and monies due will be refunded via the original payment method you used to place the order on the website.


Returns Exclusions

The following items will not be accepted for returns:

  • Products which have been personalised (Shirt Printing/SPFL patch)
  • Underwear
  • Earrings


Shirt Printing

Celtic Retail offers a shirt printing service to our customers where we are happy to print the names of players past and present along with family or given names. We are also pleased to print the names of places or dates which are synonymous with Celtic e.g, Lisbon 67 or a family birthday such as Dad 50. Although the list is not exhaustive these are examples of the extent to which we will offer this service.

Please note the personalisation of football tops are printed at the customers own risk.

The Celtic Store cannot accept liability for any future player movements.
