Returns & Refunds

Christmas Returns Extension - A refund will be offered for online purchases made during the 2023 Festive Season if returned by Monday 15th January 2024, meaning our supporters can shop with confidence this Christmas.
 
If your festive purchases have been made in Store and not Online, you will need to return them in store along with your receipt by Sunday 7th January 2024.

Please make sure items are returned in their original condition with any tags still attached.

 

We accept returns of almost all of our products in The Celtic Store. If you wish to return any items from your online order, they must be returned in their original condition, sellable with any original tags still attached (providing the item is not faulty). This must be done within 14 days of receiving the goods if you want a full refund. We can accept some returns outwith the 14 day period if you contact our Customer Service Team before sending it back. 

 
When sending a return by post, please ensure you include a note with your order number, email address and reason for return. Once received at our Warehouse, our Returns Team will process the return and refund within 10 working days and you will be notified by email once processed. 

* PLEASE NOTE : any refunds required for purchases made in-store must be returned to a store and cannot be fulfilled via the online store.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns are at the expense of the customer. We will refund the returns postage costs if the goods have been delivered to you and are faulty or damaged. Limits will apply on covering your postage costs, £7.85 maximum for UK and we will need a quote for International costs prior to arranging. 

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Please return the item(s) for a refund and place another order for the new size required. 

Returning In Store 

We will accept returns of online orders being dropped off in all our stores, with the exclusion of Belfast. If you return an order to store, this will then be delivered back to The Celtic Store Returns Team and processed there. No refunds will be given in store. If a refund is to be processed, it will be done so by The Celtic Store Returns Team and monies due will be put back onto the card or payment account you used when placing the order on the website.

Returns Exclusions 

The following items will not be accepted for returns: 

  • Products which have been personalised (Name & Number printing/SPFL patch)
  • Underwear
  • Earrings 

Shirt Printing 

Celtic Retail offers a shirt printing service to our customers where we are happy to print the names of players past and present along with family or given names. We are also pleased to print the names of places or dates which are synonymous with Celtic e.g, Lisbon 67 or a family birthday such as Dad 50. Although the list is not exhaustive these are examples of the extent to which we will offer this service. 

Please note the personalisation of football tops are printed at the customers own risk. 

The Celtic Store cannot accept liability for any future player movements.
