Young Hoops Club Season 2019/20
In order for your membership to be registered, you must complete the enclosed application form and post it into us at Young Hoops Club, Celtic Superstore, Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE.A Young Hoops Club membership is a fantastic way for young fans to get involved with the club and as well as range of benefits and discounts, it also offers young supporters the chance to become a matchday mascot or to be selected as a ball boy or girl. Each member also receives a special Celtic goodie bag when they join.

Standard UK delivery is a 2-3 day service after leaving our warehouse.
Returns - Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased or no longer want them, they can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.
These should be sent to our Online Returns department or returned in-store. The returned products will then be assessed and a refund authorised by our customer service team.
Refunds can take up to 3 working days to go back onto the card used for purchasing. For full details see our Returns & Refunds section.
Returns - Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted items for a refund and please purchase the replacement item required.
Celtic Retail offers a shirt printing service to our customers where we are happy to print the names of players past and present along with family or given names. We are also pleased to print the names of places or dates which are synonymous with Celtic e.g, Lisbon 67 or a family birthday such as Dad 50. Although the list is not exhaustive these are examples of the extent to which we will offer this service.
Please note the personalisation of football tops are printed at the customers own risk. The Celtic Store cannot accept liability for any future player movements, including loans, number changes or signings.
No cash refunds will be given in store for an online purchase, the refund will be put back onto the card or account used for purchasing on the website.
All returns are at the expense of the customer. In the event you have received faulty or damaged products, we will refund any additional expense for returning.
