Personalised Bricks & Stones FAQ's

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes, once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email stating the inscription you have entered. You will also receive a certificate which will state the inscription that will be inscribed on your stone.

When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are provided with Wall Engraved Stone orders only and will be posted within 14 working days. These will be sent via royal mail and will include a cover letter providing some more information regarding the installation.

I want to change the inscription of my stone; is this possible?

We will try our best to accommodate any changes however if the order has been sent to our inscription company, we will not be able to process any further changes. Any requests to change the inscription should be sent asap to allow us to process this. Please direct any such requests to bricks@celticfc.co.uk or please call us on 0141 551 4391. We will confirm if the changes are possible and issue a new certificate with any updates.

I have typed in the incorrect spelling/date on my stone; can this be fixed?

Yes, please let us know of any mistakes as soon as possible. Once the confirmation email has been sent, please look over this carefully and ensure everything is correct. Otherwise please let us know so we can have this rectified. Unfortunately once the order has been sent to the inscription company we can no longer process any amendments.

I have ordered multiple stones can I have these placed together?

We are happy to take requests for stones to be placed together however we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. We will pass any requests onto our installation company at the point of install and will do our best to ensure these requests are fulfilled. When will my stone be installed?

We aim to organise two installations per year however this will be sales dependent. Any planned installations are subject to change as they will be weather and match day permitting. We endeavour to have the stones installed within a timely manner and if for any reason we are unable to organise an installation we will communicate this to our customers.

I have placed an order for a replica stone how long will this take?

Our replica stones will take a minimum of 4-6 weeks to be made and inscribed. After which standard delivery times will apply.

Can I order a replica stone even if I don’t have/want an installed stone?

Yes, our replica stones are for personal use and we do not require you to have purchased a stone that will be installed at Celtic Park.

What address will my certificate and/or replica stone be delivered to?

Your certificate and/or replica stone will be delivered to the billing address provided when placing your order. If you would like these to be sent to a different address, please contact us as soon as possible at bricks@celticfc.co.uk with your order details and the required delivery address.
